1 head cauliflower |
1 drizzle olive oil |
1 sprinkle garlic powder, to taste |
1 spinkle chili powder, to taste |
1 dash sea salt |
1 dash black pepper |
Walden Farms Ranch Dip, for dipping (optional) |
Baked Cauliflower Directions
- Wash and cut/break apart the cauliflower head.
- Place cauliflower in a baggie or container that you can place a lid on.
- Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Seal bag or place lid on the container and shake until fully coated.
- Empty on a 9" x 13" pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
- Dip in Walden Farms Ranch Drip, if desired.
