Baked Cauliflower
Easy

Super simple and quick, roasting the cauliflower brings out the richness in this Vitamin C-rich vegetable and makes it crunchy like you had fried it.

Ingredients

For 4 Serving(s)

List:

1 head cauliflower
1 drizzle olive oil
1 sprinkle garlic powder, to taste
1 spinkle chili powder, to taste
1 dash sea salt
1 dash black pepper
Walden Farms Ranch Dip, for dipping (optional)

Baked Cauliflower Directions

  1. Wash and cut/break apart the cauliflower head.
  2. Place cauliflower in a baggie or container that you can place a lid on.
  3. Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Seal bag or place lid on the container and shake until fully coated.
  5. Empty on a 9" x 13" pan and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. Dip in Walden Farms Ranch Drip, if desired.
