First Line Health Largo Chiropractor

Evidence-Based Chiropractic & Rehabilitation

First Line Health is a performance-based chiropractic and rehabilitation practice focused on helping active adults move better, recover faster, and stay pain-free long-term. Founded by Dr. Kevin Rosario, First Line Health blends chiropractic care, Active Release Technique (ART), dry needling, and personalized rehab to address the root cause of pain—not just the symptoms.

Dr. Rosario holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science & Rehabilitation and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). With a strong background in performance training and injury prevention, he takes a movement-first approach to care—bridging the gap between rehab and fitness.

At First Line Health, patients can expect a thorough, data-driven assessment using advanced movement analysis technology to identify compensations, imbalances, and limitations. From there, each care plan is tailored to restore function, improve performance, and reduce the risk of future injury.

Services include:
  • Chiropractic adjustments
  • Active Release Technique (ART)
  • Dry needling with electrical stimulation
  • Movement analysis and corrective exercise programs
  • Performance and injury prevention care

First Line Health is committed to helping you take control of your health—so you can move, train, and live at your highest level.
